    Instant appeal is preferred against the judgment and

    order dated 16.03.2021/17.03.2021, passed in Special Sessions

    Trial No.19 of 2019, State vs. Waseem’, by the court of learned

    Special Judge (POCSO)/Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C.,

    Haldwani, District Nainital. By it, the appellant has been convicted

    under Sections 354, 354A, 376(3), 506 of the IPC and Section

    5(l)(m)/6 and Section 9(l)(m)/10 of the Protection of Children from

    Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and sentenced accordingly. The

    appellant seeks bail during pendency of this appeal.

    2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the

    record.

    3. First Bail Application No.1 of 2021 was rejected on

    03.08.2021. Now the appellant has moved Second Bail Application

    (IA No. 3 of 2025).

    4. No fresh ground has been made in the Second Bail

    Application. Accordingly, this Court is of the view that there is no

    ground to enlarge the appellant on bail. Accordingly, the Second

    Bail Application (IA No.3 of 2025) deserves to be rejected.

    5. The Second Bail Application (IA No.3 2025) is rejected.
