                                      JUDGMENT
    

    The petitioner has filed the captioned writ petition, seeking

    the following relief;

    SPONSORED

    “A. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ,
    order, or direction commanding the Respondent to forthwith
    consider, process, and grant the building permit sought for by
    the Petitioner through Exhibit P4 application, without insisting
    on the payment of the fee prescribed under Note 1 to Rule
    12(9) of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland
    Rules, 2008 in the light of judgment of this Hon’ble Court in
    ABAD Builders Private Limited v. State of Kerala [2025
    (1) KHC 306].”

    In view of the judgment of this Court in ABAD Builders

    Private Limited v. State of Kerala [2025 (1) KHC 306] , this

    writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Panchayat to

    consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 application, strictly following

    the law laid down therein.
