    1. Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.

    2. During the hearing of the application, it was pointed out by the

    SPONSORED

    learned APP that there are several antecedents against the present

    Applicant. Learned APP has placed on record the report filed by the

    P.S.I., EOW, Palghar wherein it has been mentioned that there are six

    antecedents against the present Applicant which the learned counsel

    for the Applicant has failed to disclose in his application.

    3. As per the ratio laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of

    Zeba Khan vs. State of U.P. and Ors. 1 the Applicant seeking bail at any

    stage of the proceedings, is under obligation to disclose all material

    particulars, including criminal antecedents.
