1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Acharya Rajesh Tripathi, learned AGA for State.2. (i) The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature Certiorari to set aside the impugned order dated 02.01.2025 passed by Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar (Annexure no.25 to this petition) in Case Crime No.52 of 2024 Under Section-380, 384, 388, 504, 506, 120-B IPC at Police Station-Rawatpur, District-Kanpur Nagar.
(ii) He further prayed that issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Police Commissioner Kanpur Nagar to ensure fair and impartial investigation of Case Crime No.52 of 2024 Under Section-380, 384, 388, 504, 506, 120-B IPC at Police Station-Rawatpur, District-Kanpur Nagar, in accordance with law within stipulated period.
