Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the
learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The present writ petition has been filed for the
following reliefs:
(i) To issue a writ in the nature of
certiorari to quash and cancel the order date
26.04.2016 (Annexure-11) passed in Service
Appeal No.37/2016 passed by Learned Court
Commissioner, of Tirhut Division,
Muzaffarpur by which the order vide Memo
Patna High Court CWJC No.10099 of 2016(13) dt.14-07-2026
No.145 dated 22.01.2016 passed by Learned
District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur has been
affirmed and upheld which is a termination
order of service of the petitioner.
