Veritas Legal acted for and advised Creador Private Equity on its investment in La Renon Healthcare Private Limited.
PeakXV has sold its shareholding in La Renon Healthcare Private Limited to Creador Group, White Oak Group and Siguler Guff. Creador Group invested ₹800 crore in La Renon as a part of this transaction.
The Firm’s corporate team worked on the legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents and assisted with the closing formalities, while the Firm’s Competition law team advised and represented the client in obtaining an unconditional approval from the Competition Commission of India for the transaction.
