This Court vide its order dt. 25.02.2026 had provided one opportunity to
the respondent to file objections.

As per the report of the concerned clerk, objections have not been filed
by the respondent.

At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the respondent submits that a copy of
petition has not been provided by the petitioner, due to which he could not
prepare the objections.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to provide a copy of petition to
the Ld. Counsel for the respondent within a week. Thereafter, the respondent
shall file the response by or before the next date of hearing.
