In terms of Hon’ble Court order dated 02.02.2026 one weeks’ time
was granted to the ld. counsel for the petitioner for taking requisite

steps for service upon the respondents. However, as per office report,
needful has not been done till date.
Office to issue notice to the ld. counsel for the petitioner for taking
the requisite steps for service within two weeks positively.
