3. Applicant was involved in connection with
FIR No.0032 dated 11.03.2017 which was
registered at P.S. Pant Nagar, District Udham
Singh Nagar, for the offences u/s 420, 465,
466, 468, 471, 474, 120-B, 34 IPC and
Sections 8/9 of the Prevention of Corruption
Act. He moved ABA No.1006 of 2023, which
was disposed of by reason of judgment and
order dated 14.12.2023 with certain
conditions, one of which was Condition No.(iii)
which provided that he shall not leave the
country without the previous permission of this
Court.
