highhandedly damaging the 5th respondent
temple idols and structures in the name of
reconstruction without authority, without
following the agamas. customs, without
following procedure established by law,
without archaeological preservation as illegal,
arbitrary and against principles of Natural
Justice and violative of Articles 19, 21, 25, 26,
49 and provisions of the Andhra Pradesh
Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions
and Endowments Act, 1987 and Andhra
Pradesh Ancient And Historical Monuments
and Archaeological Sites And Remains Act,
1960 and consequently direct the 2nd
respondent to restrain the 6th respondent from
reconstructing and removing the idols from the
sacred sanctum of the 5th respondent temple”
