    01. For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed and the

    requirement of filing a certified copy of impugned award with the

    appeal is dispensed with. The same shall be filed by or before the next

    date of hearing.

    01. This appeal, filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act, is against

    SPONSORED

    award dated 11.03.2026, passed by learned Presiding Officer, Motor

    Accidents Claim Tribunal, Srinagar, in a claim petition titled ‘Pervaiz

    Ganie/Malla Vs. Mohammad Ayoub Denduand and Ors.’ along with

    connected petitions, wherein, compensation to the tune of Rs.

    4,34,000/- along with interest @ 8% per annum from the date of

    institution of claim petition till its realization, is to be paid by the

    Mohammad Yaseen Dar

    appellant company to the respondents, within a period of 30 days,

    failing which the interest had to be paid @ 10% after the expiry of

    said period of 30 days.

    02. Learned counsel for the appellant herein states that he has not only

    challenged the award on quantum of compensation granted in favour

    of the claimants, but also on the ground that the Tribunal has erred in

    holding the appellant company liable to pay compensation through a

    common award dated 11.03.2026.

    03. Notice to respondents returnable within a period of four weeks subject

    to taking requisite steps of service within one week.

    04. List along with Mac App No. 38/2026 and Mac App No. 39/2026 on

    26.08.2026.

    05. Meanwhile, subject to deposit of Rs. 4,34,000/- within a period of six

    weeks, impugned award dated 11.03.2026, shall remain stayed. The

    said amount shall be kept in the FDR for a period of six months in the

    first instance.
