    01. This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 75
    days in filing LPA No. 137/2026 to challenge the order and
    judgment dated 11th February, 2026 passed by the learned Single
    Judge of this Court in WP (C) No. 590/2023 titled “Hotel New
    Metro Vs. UT of J&K & Ors.
    “.

    02. The application is not seriously opposed by the learned
    senior counsel appearing for the respondent. He, however,
    submits that the matter may be taken up for final consideration at
    the earliest.

    03. Having considered the grounds urged in the application,
    and in view of the fact that the prayer is not seriously opposed by
    the learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent, this
    Court is satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for not
    preferring the appeal within the prescribed period of limitation.

    04. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The delay of 75
    MIR ARIF MANZOOR
    days in filing LPA No. 137/2026 is condoned.
