WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through its Advocate Sri
V DYUMANI presented this Petitioh Tinder Article 226 of the Constitution of
India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith
the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more
particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring

Notifying the Amendment, and Amendment made in Andhra Pradesh
Registration Rules by inserting Rule 20-B, 20 C through G.O.Ms No.2
Dated 02.01.2026 and etc, are^Uftra-Vires as the pith and substance of
the Amendment is contrary toThe Provisions of Section 26-E, Section
35 of SARFAESI Act, Sectt 31-B of RDB Act 1993, contrary to
Section 64 of Civil Procedure Code., Rights of Mortgagee under
Transfer of Property Act and ‘also the provision of Section 48 of the
Transfer of Property Act, OR –
