    the Amendment is contrary toThe Provisions of Section 26-E, Section
    35 of SARFAESI Act, Sectt 31-B of RDB Act 1993, contrary to
    Section 64 of Civil Procedure Code., Rights of Mortgagee under
    Transfer of Property Act and ‘also the provision of Section 48 of the
    Transfer of Property Act, OR –
