    The High Court has denied regular bail to the petitioner in
    16:10:00 IST
    Reason:

    connection with the First Information Report No.73/2024 registered
    with Special Police Station S.O.G. District – ATS & SOG, Jaipur,
    Rajasthan for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467,
    2

    468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code respectively (for shot,
    IPC”) and Sections 34 and 6 respectively of the Rajasthan Public
    Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 1992
    (for short,
    “1992 Act”).

    3. We heard Mr. Shiven Gupta, the learned counsel appearing for
    the petitioner and Ms. Shagufa Khan, the learned counsel appearing
    for the State.

    4. Having regard to the fact that the investigation has been
    completed and charge-sheet has been filed and also considering the
    fact the petitioner is in judicial custody past 6 months, we are
    persuaded to exercise our discretion in favour of the petitioner
    insofar as his plea for bail is concerned. We also take notice of
    the fact that the offences with which the petitioner has been
    charged with are Magistrate triable offences.

    5. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, subject to
    such terms and conditions that the Trial Court may deem fit to
    impose.

    6. With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of.

    7. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
