01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Pursuant to the letter No. 591 dated 20.03.2026, the Special
Land Acquisition Officer & R.R.O., Lower Indra Irrigation Project,
Khariar intimated the office of the learned Advocate General that
the petitioner could not produce certain documents for adjudication
of the petition under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act,
1894.
3. The matter was last posted to 25.03.2026 before the Special
Land Acquisition Officer, on which date the petitioner stated to
have submitted the relevant documents as required by the Special
Land Acquisition Officer. Copy of the letter of the petitioner filed
before the Special Land Acquisition Officer is produced before us
and taken on record. A copy of the same is also served on
Mr. Biswal, learned Addl. Standing Counsel in Court today.
