    04. 1. Heard Mr. N.K. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr.
    G. Tripathy, learned Additional Government Advocate for State-
    Opposite Parties 1 and 2 and Mr. S.K. Padhi, learned Senior
    Advocate for the Auction Purchaser.

    2. The Petitioner’s grievance is that, Police Administration is
    not acting to the direction of the District Magistrate, Khordha
    dated 13.08.2019 passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act.

    3. Mr. G. Tripathy, learned A.G.A. submits upon instruction
    that, Police Administration is ready to cooperate with the Bank
    authorities in case they are approached by the Bank. It is further
    stated that the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar has

    already instructed ACP Zone-I and concerned IIC to cooperate
    the Bank authorities in this regard.

    4. Recording such submission made on the part of the State-
    Opposite Parties, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the
    Petitioner to approach the Police Administration accordingly
    suggesting a suitable date for taking over possession of the
    property. In such event, the Police Administration will cooperate
    in terms of the direction of the District Magistrate, Khordha dated
    13.08.2019.

    5. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper
    application.
