ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following relief:
“to issue a Writ or Writs more appropriately a Writ of
Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in
trying to interfere into H.No.5-555/B/1, consisting of Iron
sheet roof shutter and open place admeasuring 74.72 Sq
Yads equivalent to 62.47 Sq Mts situated near vegetable
market area Sripada chowk main road, Manthani,
Pedtapally, District T.G. as illegal, void, unconstitutional,
contrary to the provisions of the law and in violation of
principles of natural justice in the interest of justice and
equity and to pass..”
2. Heard Sri Md.Abdul Mateen Qureshi, learned counsel for the
petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and
Urban Development Department appearing for respondent No.1, learned
Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent No.2 and
Mr. Putta Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing
for respondent No.3.

3. With the consent of both the parties, the matter is taken up for
disposal at the stage of admission.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that respondent Nos.2
and 3 are interfering into the petitioner’s possession over the property i.e.
H.No.5-555/B/1, consisting of Iron sheet roof shutter and open place
admeasuring 74.72 Sq Yads equivalent to 62.47 Sq Mts situated near
vegetable market area Sripada chowk main road, Manthani, Pedtapally
District T.G and that the respondent-authorities have visited the said
property on 14.05.2026 and 16.05.2026 and tried to dispossess him.
5. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3 on instructions
submits that there is no interference by respondent No.3 and that they
will follow due process of law, if they intend to take any action against
the property of the petitioner.
6. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of directing the
respondent Nos.2 and 3 to follow due process of law and take action, if
they intend to take any action against the petitioner’s property. There
shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition,
shall stand closed.
