This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus
declaring the proceedings of the Joint Collector-I, Ranga Reddy District, in
SPONSORED
F.No.F1/1276/2008, dated 06.12.2008, whereby Occupancy Rights
Certificates (for short ‘ORC’) were issued in respect of land admeasuring
Acs.6.00 guntas, comprising Ac.1.35 guntas in Sy.No.647, Ac.1.28 guntas
in Sy.No.648, Ac.0.31 guntas in Sy.No.659 and Ac.1.26 guntas in
Sy.No.660, situated at Malkajgiri Village and Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri
District,(hereinafter referred to as “the subject property”) in favour of
respondent Nos.5 to 10 as illegal, arbitrary and for consequential relief.
