3. By way of the present application, the applicant seeks grant of regular
bail in case arising out of FIR bearing No. 177/2022, registered at Police
Station Palam Village, Delhi, for the commission of offences punishable
under Sections 354/376D/506/313 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter
IPC‘) and Sections 6/8/21 of the Protection of Children from Sexual
Offences Act, 2012 (hereafter ‘POCSO Act‘).

4. Issue notice. The learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State
and seeks time to file the Status Report. Let the same be filed, at least two
days prior to the next date of hearing, with an advance copy to the other
