Baripada, Dist.-Mayurbhanj in Cr.P. No.79 of 2016
rejecting her prayer seeking monthly maintenance
U/s.125 of Cr.PC.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner was heard
at some length. On being asked whether the pleadings
before the learned Judge, Family Court that is the
plaint filed by the petitioner, the written statement filed
by the opposite party, the evidence led by the petitioner
as P.W., the statement of the O.P.Ws. and exhibits
marked before the learned Judge, Family Court have
been examined, the learned counsel seeks and has
adjournment.
