    10. 1. The matter was presented before this Court on
    15.02.2019.

    2. The challenge in the writ petition is to the order
    dated 17.01.2019 passed by the learned Judge, Family
    Court, Puri in I.A. No.10 of 2017 arising out of C.P.
    No.15 of 2017. The I.A. was filed under Section 36 of
    the Special Marriage Act, 1954 seeking Rs.50,000/-
    towards pendent lite expenses and interim
    maintenance. The said application was rejected by
    impugned order dated 17.01.2019 by the learned
    Judge, Family Court, Puri.

    3. Notices were issued by the coordinate Bench on
    26.02.2019. Interim orders were passed directing stay
    of further proceeding in C.P. No.15 of 2017. Thereafter

    interim order was passed on 09.04.2019, 30.04.2019
    and 20.02.2020. On 28.02.2020 the matter was
    adjourned at the instance of the learned counsel for
    the opposite party. On 13.03.2020, the matter was
    adjourned by the petitioner. Thereafter after passage of
    six years, it was listed on 07.03.2026 under the
    heading ‘For Referral To The Special Mediation Drive
    2.0- Mediation For The Nation’.

    4. Adjournment was sought for on behalf of the
    learned counsel for the petitioner.

    Today none appears for the petitioner though the
    matter is at Sl. No.1 under the heading ‘For Referral To
    The Special Mediation Drive 2.0- Mediation For The
    Nation’.

    5. To grant further opportunity, the matter shall be
    listed in the week commencing 20.04.2026 indicating
    in the cause list that the matter shall be disposed of.

    6. Registry shall obtain instruction from the learned
    Judge, Family Court, Puri/learned court in seisin of
    the matter regarding present status of C.P. No.15 of
    2017 by the next date.

    7. Copy of this order and the next date of listing
    shall be intimated to the learned counsel for the
    petitioner.
