1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 submitted that the sale
certificate has been issued on 19.05.2026 however, it has been
objected by the learned counsel for the petitioner by submitting
that after filing of this writ petition, the sale certificate has been
issued by the respondent no. 3.
3. Mr. Parth Jalan, learned counsel for the purchaser submitted
that he has also purchased the property in question in the year
2022 and he has filed W.P. (C). No. 3879 of 2026 which must
be heard also.
4. However, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 has
submitted that the sale, certificate with regard to the property in
question, has been issued in favour of the auction purchaser,
namely, Rajeev Kumar Vashishtha.
5. Under such circumstances, let this case be listed along with
W.P. (C). No. 3879 of 2026 before an appropriate bench on 26th
May, 2026.
