The cognizance of the offence is already taken by the Virtual
Court and a fine was proposed for summary disposal of case as per section
208 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. The violator has exercised option to
contest the challan on web portal of virtual traffic courts and the challan is
transferred to this court for further adjudication as per law.
At this stage, accusation U/s 112/183 of M.V. Act explained
to the violator in his vernacular language. Violator submits that he wishes to
plead guilty for offence U/s 112/183 of M.V. Act. Violator is apprised about
the consequences of pleading guilty and the fact that he can be convicted for
the offence. Violator submits that he has understood the consequences and
wants to plead guilty. Keeping in view the plea of guilt of offence by the
violator, he is convicted for offence U/s 112/183 of M.V. Act. Violator is
sentenced to pay a fine of Rs. 1000/- and in default SI of 07 days.
Violator is directed to pay fine of Rs. 1000/- by way of
payment on online portal.
Violator submits that he has paid fine of Rs. 1000/- vide
transaction ID No. FDLND02202628315L on 10.04.2026.
Confirmation of payment of fine is reflecting on CIS Portal.
Original Documents, if any, impounded with the Traffic
Circle be returned to the rightful owner as per rules.
Challan is disposed of.
