1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. This writ petition has been filed for the following
reliefs:-
“Therefore, it is prayed that this Hon’ble
Court may be pleased to issue RULE NISI,
calling upon the opposite party to show-cause as
to why the account of the petitioner shall not be
closed upon payment of entire outstanding
amount within two months, suspending the
further actions/measures under the SARFAESI
Act and corresponding Rules; and
If the opposite party failed to file any show-
cause or any insufficient show-cause, then the
said RULE NISI may be held absolute and this
Hon’ble Court may further be pleased enough to
issue an appropriate writ directing the Opposite
Party No. 1 & 2 to settle the loan account of the
petitioner by accepting the entire outstanding
dues within two months and actions/measures
