The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents
submits that, counter-affidaviLis being filed today.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has placed before
us, an interlocutory order passed by a Division Bench of this Court,
dated 22.04.2026, in W.P.No.10279 of 2026.
In view of the said order, the matter is posted, along with
W.P.No.10279 of 2026.
There shall also be a stay of recovery of taxes and other dues,
raised under the impugned order, subject to the condition of the
petitioner depositing 7.5% of the disputed tax, within a period of six (06)
weeks.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that,
such payment has already been made. Any payment made, after the
passing of the Impugned order, ^hall be adjusted against the aforesaid
7-5% deposit mentioned above.
