This writ petition is filed for the following relief:
“to issue any writ, or order or direction more particularly
one in the nature of writ of mandamus questioning the
action of the respondent No.3 in issuing the Show Cause
Notice dated 12.05.2026 vide
lr.No.G1/GTKR/MMC/08/40/2026 and interfering into
the petitioner’s ongoing construction carrying on the plot
No.1001/B, admeasuring 200 square yards in survey
No.744 situated at Korremula Village, Ghatkesar
Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District as per the building
permit dated 11.07.2025, is questioned in this writ
petition as being arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction
and violative of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the
Constitution of India and consequently set aside the
show cause notice dated 12.05.2026 vide
lr.No.G1/GTKR/MMC/08/40/2026 and thereby direct
the respondents not to interfere into the petitioner’s
ongoing construction carrying on the plot No.1001/B,
admeasuring 200 square yards in survey No.744
situated at Korremula Village, Ghatkesar Mandal,
Medchal-Malkajgiri District as per the building permit
dated 11.07.2025, in the interest of justice and pass…”

2. Heard Sri Y.Maheswar, learned counsel for the petitioner and
Sri Krishna Reddy Putta, learned Standing Counsel for respondent
Nos.2 and 3.
3. The petitioner is challenging the impugned show cause notice
dated 12.05.2026 issued by respondent No.3. The petitioner submits
that he has submitted a detailed reply on 18.05.2026 and apprehends
that without considering the said reply, the respondents are likely to
take coercive steps against the construction being made by the
petitioner, contrary to the building permission approved by the
authorities.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of
this Court that the authorities have granted the building permission
for construction of Individual Residential Building consisting of Stilt
for Parking + 2 Upper Floors.
5. Learned Standing counsel for the respondent Corporation, on
instructions, submitted that a complaint has been received from
M/s.Ekashila Colony Cultural Association, dated 20.04.2026 that the
petitioner has been making constructions in the area earmarked for
open space and therefore, a notice dated 25.04.2026 has been issued
to the petitioner, but the petitioner has not submitted any explanation
and therefore, the impugned show cause notice dated 12.05.2026 has
been issued to the petitioner. It is submitted that the explanation of

the petitioner will be considered by the respondent authorities, in
accordance with law.
6. Having regard to the rival contentions, this Writ Petition is
disposed of, at the stage of admission, with the consent of both the
parties, directing the respondents not to take any coercive steps
against the construction being made by the petitioner, till the
respondents, after verification of the documents filed by the petitioner
along with reply dated 18.05.2026, pass separate and appropriate
orders, in accordance with law, and communicate the same to the
petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition,
shall stand closed.
