2. Heard Sri. R.B. Sadasivappa, learned counsel for
the petitioner and Sri. P.P. Hegde, learned senior counsel for
the respondents.
3. Facts in brief, germane, are as follows:
The petitioner, a relative of the respondents, alleges foul
play, cheating or abetment to commit offences. The petitioner
thus registers a private complaint before the concerned Court
invoking Section 200 of the Cr.P.C. and seeks reference of the
matter for investigation at the hands of the learned Magistrate.
