[1] Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier
proceedings made in the previous listing on 27.02.2026 which reads as
follows :

[1] Captioned Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has
been filed by 2 (two) residents of Imphal inter-alia seeking
direction qua installation of removal garbage container bins at
appropriate places in and around Imphal city in accordance with
the ‘Municipal Solid Wastes (Management and Handling) Rules,
2000’ (‘said Rules’ for convenience).
