SKV Law Offices represented and advised Acidaes Solutions Private Limited (BUSINESSNEXT) (the “ASPL”), an enterprise software company operating an autonomous platform for banking and financial services, on its USD 40 Million (Forty Million United States Dollars) Series C funding round from ServiceNow Ventures Holdings Inc. (the “ServiceNow”).
The strategic investment of USD 40 Million will support ASPL in strengthening its autonomous banking capabilities and accelerating the adoption of private artificial intelligence across the banking and financial services sector. Additionally, following the completion of the transaction, ASPL has achieved a valuation of approximately USD 700 Million (Seven Hundred Million United States Dollars).
The partnership between ASPL and ServiceNow is expected to drive the development of a unified autonomous operating fabric for financial services enterprises. This collaboration positions the companies to capitalize on the rapidly expanding autonomous banking market, which is projected to reach USD 3.59 Billion by 2035, growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 20.28%, according to the Market Research Future report.
