Mr. N. Jotendro, learned senior counsel assisted by
Syed Murtaza Ahamad, learned counsel appeared for the
applicant and Mr. H. Samarjit, learned senior advocate and PP
assisted by Mr. W. Niranjit, learned Dy. GA appeared for the
respondents.
[2] The present application has been filed with a prayer
for extending the period of interim bail granted to the applicant
for further period of 30(thirty) days to enable the applicant to
complete his post-operative recovery and treatment.
[3] The applicant was granted interim bail by this Court
for a period of one month so as to enable him to avail his medical
treatment as advised by the medical expert vide order dated 13-
05-2026 passed by this Court in Bail Application No. 8 of 2025.
While granting the said interim bail, the present applicant was

directed to surrender before the Superintendent of Prison,
Manipur Central Jail, Sajiwa on expiry of one month period from
the date of his release on bail.
