    This is an appeal against the impugned judgment and related order
    of sentence dated 30.11.2022 passed by the learned Special Judge
    (POCSO), Khliehriat in Special (POCSO) Case No.39 of 2020, wherein,
    he was directed to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 10
    (Ten) years with fine of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) only, and in
    default thereof, to undergo simple imprisonment for further period of 5
    (five) months. The appellant was also directed to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/-
    (Rupees Five Thousand) only, for the offence in the second part u/s 506
    IPC, and in default of payment, to undergo simple imprisonment for a
    period of 1 (one) month.
