1. Present matter comes up for consideration of this Court on
application I.A. No. 1/2024, praying for disposal of writ petition on
terms of judgment dated 05.04.2024 passed by Coordinate Bench

of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 11330/2023 (Shri
Roop Rajat Goushala Sansthan Vs. State of Rajasthan &
Ors.).
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue
involved in present writ petition relates to allotment of land for the
purpose of grazing of cattle / development of Gaushala under the
provisions of Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land to
Gaushalas) Rules, 1957.
