This is an appeal against the impugned judgment dated
02.06.2025 and related order of sentence dated 09.06.2025 passed by the
Court of the learned Additional Deputy Commissioner (Judicial), East Khasi
Hills, Shillong in Sessions Case No. 43 (T) 2022 under Section 323/343/376-
D IPC.
Ms. D. Warjri, learned Legal Aid Counsel appearing for the
appellant has submitted that there are good grounds for preferring this appeal
and the same may be admitted.
Mr. R. Gurung, learned GA appearing on behalf of the State
respondent has no objection to the admission of this appeal.
On consideration of the submission made, and on perusal of the
memo of appeal, we are inclined to admit this appeal, the same is hereby
admitted.
