Mr. S. Khyriem, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that this
application has been filed with a prayer for grant of bail on behalf of the accused
SPONSORED
person who was implicated and arrested in connection with Madanrting P.S. Case
No. 61(3) of 2025, under Section 5(g)/6 of the POCSO Act, 2012 read with
Section 137(2)/3(5) BNS.
The accused Person having been arrested on 29.03.2025 has now
approached this Court with this application for grant of bail. However, at this
juncture, the learned counsel has submitted that notice may be allowed to be
issued upon the respondent No. 4/complainant, since the State respondent Nos. 1,
2 & 3 have been duly represented by Mr. J. Thabah, learned GA.
