petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. This writ petition is filed by the original plaintiffs to
challenge the order passed by the trial court to the extent it
directs the plaintiffs to correct the valuation of the suit and
make payment of court fees. The trial court observed that the
plaintiffs are claiming title by seeking a declaration that the
defendants have no right over the suit property as they are
the owners. Hence, it is held that the plaintiffs are required to
make proper valuation of the suit and pay proper court fees.
