1. The petitioner, through the medium of present petition, seeks quashment
of FIR No. 0134/2024 dated 15.05.2024 registered at Police Station Domana,
Jammu for the offences publishable under Sections 341, 323 & 441 of the Indian
Penal Code allegedly on the false complaint by respondent No. 2 against the
petitioner and her husband due to some land dispute which is a sheer abuse of the
process of law. It is alleged that the impugned FIR is a counter blast to FIR No.
0119/2024 dated 07.05.2024 registered for the commission of offences under
Sections 376, 511, 354, 452, 341, 323, 427, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code
against respondent No. 2 and one Parvaiz Hussain at the instance of the petitioner
herein.

3. Notice is waived by Mr. Pawan Dev Singh, learned Dy. AG on behalf of
respondent No. 1. Reply/objections be filed within one week.
4. Notice to respondent No. 2, returnable within four weeks. Requisites for
service within one week.

6. Meanwhile, subject to objections from the other side and till next date of
hearing, it is provided that the investigation if concluded into the charge-sheet,
same shall await to be laid before the Court of law.
