2. The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in

connection with Lanjigarh P.S. Case No.03 of 2024

corresponding to C.T. Case No.50 of 2024 registered for

alleged commission of offences punishable under

Sections 147/148/307/294/336/506/149 of the IPC,

pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C.,

Lanjigarh.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instruction

from the petitioners, submits that except the present

bail application, no other bail application of the

petitioners is pending in any other Court relating to the

aforesaid F.I.R.

4. The allegation against the petitioners is that on

10.01.2024 at about 9.30 P.M., one T. Murali Mohan

lodged a written report alleging that the complainant

was conducting a land demarcation exercise in village

Nangalabeda in the district of Kalahandi. During the

exercise, he lodged a complaint against Gangadhar

Sahu and others of sahu family those who have

attacked him physically by assaulting and obstructing.

Hence, the case.

5. The F.I.R. was registered on 10.01.2024. The

investigation in the present case is still going on. The

injury report submitted by petitioners reveals that the

injured T. Muali Mohan has sustained the injury which

are simple in nature.

6. Regard being had to the nature of allegation

against the petitioners, the nature of injuries sustained

by the victim and the F.I.R. has been registered in the

year 2024, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to

petitioners. Accordingly, it is directed that in the event

the petitioners are arrested, they shall be released by

the Arresting Officer subject to the verification of the

criminal antecedent of similar nature. The release of

the petitioners shall also be subject to the conditions

that petitioners shall appear before concerned Police

Station on last Sunday of every month at least for a

period of three months, they shall cooperate with the

investigation and shall appear before the I.O. as and

when their presence is required for the purpose of

investigation; they shall not indulge in similar criminal

offences while on bail; they shall appear before the trial

Court on each and every date of posting of the case, if

not presented by sufficient cause. Violation of any of

the conditions shall entail cancellation of bail.

7. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
