1. Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel
appearing for the appellant/accused and Mrs. Vandana
Bharti, learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The instant Criminal appeal is directed against the
judgment of conviction dated 20.05.2016 and order of
sentence dated 26.05.2015 passed by Sessions Judge,
Lohardaga in S.T. No. 81 of 2014 whereby and whereunder,
the appellant has been convicted for the offence punishable
under Section 306 of IPC and sentenced him to undergo RI
for 7 years and a fine of Rs 10,000/- and in default of fine,
further directed to undergo sentence for 02 months.
