    2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for

    the appellant and the learned counsel appearing

    for the respondent.

    3. The appellant has been arraigned as an accused

    and seeks regular bail in connection with FIR

    No.172/2024 dated 14.06.2024, registered at

    Police Station – Maujpuri, District – Jalna for

    the offences punishable under Sections 506, 504,

    307, 302, 149, 148, 147 and 143 of the Indian

    Penal Code, 1860.

    4. Admittedly, the trial has commenced and material

    Court. The appellant has been under

    5. We also take note of the fact that the

    complainant in the present FIR has been

    arraigned as an accused in a cross case.

    6. Considering the aforementioned circumstances, we

    are inclined to set aside the impugned order

    passed by the High Court and grant bail to the

    appellant.

    7. Accordingly, the impugned order stands set

    aside, and the appellant is granted bail,

    subject to the terms and conditions that may be

    imposed by the concerned Trial Court.

    8. The appeal stands allowed, accordingly.

    9. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand

    disposed of.
