. Heard learned Advocate for petitioner.
2. The petitioner has challenged the order passed by
SPONSORED
Mamlatdar/Tahsildar by filing revision under Section 23(2) of Mamlatdar
Courts Act, 1906. During pendency of revision application, prayer was
made to stay proceeding of execution, however, same is not considered.
3. In that view of the matter, issue notice to the respondents,
returnable on 19.06.2026.

4. Till returnable date, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of
prayer clause ‘C’.
5. It is made clear that the aforesaid order shall not be impediment
for hearing or final disposal of revision by the Sub-Divisional Officer.
