About the Opportunity
NorthEye Advisors is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Manager to join their growing team and lead legal operations in the mortgage and lending domain.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct Title Search & TSR vetting
- Verify ownership & perform legal due diligence
- Provide legal advisory on mortgage products & compliance
- Manage risk & fraud prevention
- Draft & review mortgage documentation
- Handle client escalations & ensure TAT adherence
- Lead, recruit, and mentor teams
- Build and manage client relationships & stakeholder engagement
- Drive business development & expansion
- Oversee operations & financial management
- Ensure risk & compliance oversight
Eligibility Criteria
If you have 5+ years of experience in Mortgage, Lending, or Banking (BFI) and possess expertise in Title Search, TSR Vetting, Legal Due Diligence, Mortgage Documentation, Risk Management, and Compliance, we’d love to hear from you.
Law Degree (LLB/LLM or Equivalent).
