About the Opportunity
Blueprint Legal is looking to engage a corporate lawyer with 4-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience to join its growing transactional practice.
Roles and Responsibilities
The role will involve independently managing matters across venture capital and private equity transactions, investment and shareholders’ agreements, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and general corporate advisory.
Eligibility Criteria
The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting and analytical skills, experience in managing transactions and client communications, and the ability to supervise and guide junior team members.
Candidates with prior law firm experience and a strong corporate transactional background will be preferred.
