About the Opportunity
Lexansh & Co. has opened up an application for the position of a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary to work with them.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation and filing of ROC forms and returns under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Draft Board meeting and General meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Support in company incorporations, LLP formations, and related compliance.
- Handle annual filings, DIN/KYC, share allotments, director appointments/resignations, and related matters.
- Maintain statutory registers and records for clients.
- Assist in FEMA, RBI, and SEBI compliance as applicable.
- Coordinate with clients for collection of documents and compliance information.
- Research and stay updated on latest amendments and secretarial standards.
- Support senior CS professionals in due diligence, drafting, and certification work.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Semi-qualified (Completed CS internship).
- CS Executive passed (pursuing CS Professional preferred).
- Graduate in Commerce, Law, or related field.
- Good understanding of Companies Act, 2013, and allied laws.
- Proficiency in MCA portal filing, MS Office, and compliance tools.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client assignments and meet deadlines.
