Markets regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued an administrative warning to Aditya Birla Money following a thematic inspection conducted in February 2026, the company said in a regulatory filing on Tuesday.
“SEBI has raised observations related to cyber security and cyber resilience and technical glitch framework,” Aditya Birla Money said. The company added, “Corrective action thereof is initiated by the Company.”
In a letter dated April 27, 2026, SEBI flagged observations related to cybersecurity, cyber resilience and the technical glitch framework at the brokerage arm of the Aditya Birla Group. The regulator has directed the company to take corrective actions within specified timelines, the filing said .
Aditya Birla Money said it has initiated steps to address the observations raised by SEBI and is in the process of implementing the required corrective measures. The company added that the administrative warning has no impact on its financials, operations or other business activities .
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
