1. The present petition under Section 36 of the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996 [“A&C Act”] has been filed by the Decree Holder
seeking enforcement of the Award dated 16.10.2019 passed by the Ld.
Arbitrator.
2. The challenge to the Award has failed inasmuch as the petition filed
