2. The petitioner, 67 years of age, as on date, was put to trial
in connection with First Information Report No.76 of 2014
registered with Dargah Police Station, Ajmer for the offence
punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 324, 326 and 307
of the Indian Penal Code respectively (for short, “IPC”).
3. At the end of the trial, the petitioner was held guilty of the
alleged crime and was sentenced to undergo 7 years of fixed term of
rigorous imprisonment with fine.
