    1. Since the issues involved in the aforesaid writ petitions arise

    out of the same set of facts and relate to the same dispute, they

    are being decided by this common order.

    2. S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 4324/2019 has been preferred by

    the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent-Rajasthan

    Housing Board (for short ‘respondent – Board’) to complete the

    process of allotment of a residential house in her favour. The

    petitioner has further prayed that a house of the same category,

    as contemplated under the allotment letter dated 24.03.1994

    (Annex.4), be allotted to her after issuance of a revised demand

    notice/draft upon adjustment of the amount already deposited

    together with applicable interest. S.B. Civil Writ Petition

    Nos.6349/2019 and 6434/2019, on the other hand, have been

    filed assailing the order dated 24.09.2018 (Annex.9) passed by

    the Rajasthan State Information Commission, whereby the second

    appeal preferred by the petitioner under Section 19(3) of the Right

    to Information Act, 2005 against rejection of her application dated

    15.01.2018 (Annex.1) came to be dismissed. In the alternative,

    challenge has also been laid to the order dated 07.03.2019

    (Annex.15), whereby the complaint preferred by the petitioner

    was rejected.
