1. Both the learned counsels jointly submitted that the
dispute involved in this writ petition is the conferment of Khatedari
rights of private persons over the land which was recorded in the
name of maufi mandir. Their submission is that on reference being
made to the Full Bench of this Court, in the case of Tara & Ors.
