Petitioners-Sahil Husain And 2 Others have approached this Court by means of present criminal misc. writ petition challenging the FIR dated 19.03.2026 lodged by first informant-respondent-4 Sharif Ahmad and registered as Case Crime No. 0110 of 2026, under Section 69 of B.N.S., and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Ac, Police Station-Tanda, District-Rampur.
