3. Learned counsel for the opposite party- State, on the other hand,

4. Learned counsel for the State has also submitted that there
could be supplementary record against the petitioner in connection
with which the petitioner is saying that he is not an accused or does
not have any information.

5. Learned counsel for the State is directed to file a supplementary
counter-affidavit giving the details of each of the cases and also
documents to show as to how the petitioner has been shown to be an
accused in those cases.

6. Post this case on 15th May, 2026.

7. The supplementary counter-affidavit of the State be filed by 13th
May, 2026.
